immediatly went up stairs to the sd. Mr. Genniss's apartmt.<lb></lb>
where Dept. heard loud word pass between the deced. and the sd.<lb></lb>
Mr. Genniss but Dept. could not dinking with any words<lb></lb>
particularly; that the deced. presently came down part of the<lb></lb>
stairs and Dept. standing at the Parlour Door saw the deced.<lb></lb>

which time Dept. heard the sd. Mr. Gennis call the deced. a Theif<lb></lb>
twice and charged the deced with having robbed him its which<lb></lb>
