Guineas, and enquired if it was a good one Informor<lb></lb>
assured him it was, and he would answer for its going<lb></lb>
Prisoner asked Informant if eighteen Guineas was the<lb></lb>
Covent Price he said it was the Prisoner told Inform<lb></lb>
he want get him to take a Bill for thirty Pounds upon<lb></lb>
the Bath Bark, and then produced a Bill of which the<lb></lb>

<p n="32">Informant told the Prisoner he did not like any Paper<lb></lb>
like Bark Notes, to which the Prisoner answered, that it<lb></lb>
was better than Bark Notes, and he would sooner take<lb></lb>
them, for that there had been Forgeries on the Bark<lb></lb>
the Prisoner Further observed, that the Bill produced was<lb></lb>
a very good Note, for that he had Endorsed it, and that<lb></lb>
B. Mc Carty indorsed on the back of the Bill was his<lb></lb>
own Indorsement, and that that was his Name Informant<lb></lb>
asked the Prisoner who the Acceptor<del>was</del>

means esquire informant sent John Barhum his<lb></lb>
