the Prisoner<lb></lb>
now under Examination, and hearing a Duch cry<lb></lb>
as if under his Coat he followed the said underwood<lb></lb>
to the outer Door of the Yard, which he the said<lb></lb>
Underwood perceivings he put the said Duck<lb></lb>
down upon the step of a Door near the said Inn<lb></lb>
and on his this Informants asking him what he<lb></lb>
was going to Do with the Duck, he held up his Stick<lb></lb>
at him, and he believe would have struck him<lb></lb>
had not another person come up and seemed him<lb></lb>
says that the Duck now produced is the same that<lb></lb>
he the said Underwood had concealed under his coat<lb></lb>
and afterwards put down as aforesaid, and this<lb></lb>
