that after being there some time a Person now present who<lb></lb>

That shortly after another Man came in and began talking to<lb></lb>
Eyles about another Horse, which when ended, Eyles asked<lb></lb>
this Informant if he would sell his Mare, when this Informant<lb></lb>
answer in the Affirmative and added that he would not sell<lb></lb>
her under two Guineas and a half That Eyles then said<lb></lb>
that He kept the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15091_geo595">White Bear</rs>

this Informant to take a Promissory Note of his,<lb></lb>
for the Mare which this Informant as often and absolutely<lb></lb>
refused. That this Informant then went out, took his Mare from<lb></lb>
a Boy who was holding her and tied her to a Rail. That said<lb></lb>
Eyles (after this Informant came in again) went out, took off<lb></lb>
her Bridle and Saddle and feloniously rode her away, without<lb></lb>
his privity or consent, leasing this Informant and said Eyles's<lb></lb>
Companion in the Public house, and the Bridle and Saddle<lb></lb>
by the Rail</p>
