in the Ward aforesd. all the Men inhabiting<lb></lb>
& resient paying Scot & bearing Lot for the time being within the ward<lb></lb>
aforesd. have been accustomed and ought and were bound by reason of<lb></lb>
their Residence there to appear in the said Court and do their Suit<lb></lb>
there and in the said Court according to the Custom of the sd. Court<lb></lb>
