and saith that he was bound by recognizance to prosecutes one Peter<lb></lb>
Verrier at the Session to be hold for the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15089_geo702">City of London</rs>

in October last for<lb></lb>
picking this Deponents pocket of a Snuff box and this Deponent<lb></lb>
Further saith that he is proprietor of a ship called the Favourite and<lb></lb>
that same short time after he was so bound by recognizance and before<lb></lb>
the said Session began the ship of which he is proprietor having <lb></lb>
taken a prize and brought her into <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15089_geo703">portsmouth</rs>

there time enough to return and prosecute the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSLPS15089_n929-2">Peter verrier</rs>

he did not neglect to prosecute the said Peter verrier and of any<lb></lb>
favour on affection on off any reward a hope on promise thereof</p>
