Afternoon between five and six o'Clock two Children<lb></lb>
both Girls were walking Hand in Hand in Great<lb></lb>
Bath Sheet near the Window of Depts dwelling<lb></lb>
House, and the two Children, the deced being one of<lb></lb>
the two were on the same side of the way with<lb></lb>
Deponents House, and there was a Young Woman on<lb></lb>
the other side of the way with a Child in her Arms<lb></lb>
and the Young woman who had the Child in her<lb></lb>
Arms cryed out, and Dept. there upon Evolved up and<lb></lb>
obrewed a Cart Passing a long sd Street towards the<lb></lb>
Bull in the Pound, drawn by three Horses as Dept.<lb></lb>
believes, but he did not see any Driver, says he<lb></lb>
called out for somebody to stop the Horses, but<lb></lb>
no body did stop them, and Dept. mode an Attempt<lb></lb>
but before he could the off wheel of the Cart<lb></lb>
threw the deced down to the Ground and passed over her Bach<lb></lb>
and Head, and somebody whom Dept: cannot recollect<lb></lb>
took the deced out of the Channel, and put her<lb></lb>
down on the dry Ground, and somebody else took<lb></lb>
the deced up, and carried her into Mrs. Martin's<lb></lb>
Shop the Corner of Bath Street, and in about<lb></lb>
an hour Afterwards he saw the deced put into a<lb></lb>
Coach to be conveyed<del>into</del>
