Walter upon one of his Anns<lb></lb>
with the Handle of a Mattock wch he had then in his hand<lb></lb>
and brought the<del>deced</del>
sd. Walter to the Ground, that they<lb></lb>
were both much intoxicated with Liquor: that after<lb></lb>
the deced had given Walter sevl Blows, Walter took the<lb></lb>
Mattock from the deced and struck the deced once<lb></lb>
with it upon one of his Shoulders which brot. the deced<lb></lb>
to the ground, that the deced then run after Walter & took<lb></lb>
the Mattock again from him & struck him again with it<lb></lb>
sevl. times; that Dept. pressed the deced not to strike Walter<lb></lb>
any more, but the deced not<del>being</del>

Dept. struck Walter sevl. times<lb></lb>
with it again: that the deced persisted in beating sd. Walter both<lb></lb>
with his Feit and the Mattock and knocked Walter down,<obscured></obscured>
