Coleman Street</rs>

in the said City.</p>

That by a Rate or Assessment for the necessary Relief of the<lb></lb>
poor of the said Parish of Saint Stephen from the twenty<lb></lb>
fourth day of June to the twenty ninth day of September<lb></lb>
both now last past made and signed by the Major part of<lb></lb>
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said<lb></lb>
parish, and allowed and published as the Statutes in<lb></lb>
such Cases direct, your Petitioner is rated and assessed<lb></lb>
for and towards the Relief of the poor of the said parish<lb></lb>
the Sum of one pound five Shillings.</p>
<p n="61">That Your Petitioners humbly<lb></lb>
apprehending himself aggrieved by the<lb></lb>
said Rate and Assessment, and that the<lb></lb>
same is unequal and partial,<lb></lb>
appeals to your Lordship and Worships<lb></lb>
against the same, and prays that you<lb></lb>
would be pleased to quash or amend the<lb></lb>
same and grant your Petitioner such<lb></lb>
Relief in the Premisses as to your Lordp<lb></lb>
and Worships shall seem meet</p>
