Violent pain in his Head, But was very well in the Morning, But had a<lb></lb>
purging 3 or 4 Days before which had quite left him and which happens<lb></lb>
very frequently to prisons in the sd. prison Occasioned by the Closeness of<lb></lb>
the Place & for want of Air & Exercise, says the same Evening one <rs type="persName" id="LMSLPS15063_n170-48">Joseph<lb></lb>

this Depont. a side to<lb></lb>
Enjoyn a Secret with Him; But this Deponts. Sd. if it was not very Material<lb></lb>
he would & then he told this Depont. that we have given Davison same<lb></lb>
Jallop in his Milk, And that it had been given him that Day; Sags<lb></lb>
that he heard the Deced Davison say that he wished he had never went<lb></lb>
into the Room or Eat any of the Milk; Say the next day being Tuesday<lb></lb>
he asked the sd. Davison to dine with him, But he complaind that he was<lb></lb>
very Ill & could not Eat anything, And at the same time said that<lb></lb>
some of them would repeat of what they had done; Says at Right again<lb></lb>
he Complaind of Violent Rankings; And on the Wednesday Morning he<lb></lb>
get up very Ill went to the Vault & afterwards complaind of Violent<lb></lb>
paris in his Bowells, Says that he often Complain & said that they<lb></lb>
have been the Death of me, And desired that in Case he should Die he<lb></lb>
might be opened, And when ever the sd. Johnson came into the Room, he<lb></lb>
used to say, what does that Man do here and seemd to be in Agenies<lb></lb>
This Depont. further Says that he firenly believes what was given<lb></lb>
him by the sd. Johnson & others was the Death of the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSLPS15063_n170-4">John Davison</rs>
