Maketh Oath and Saith That having received orders from the said<lb></lb>

to prepare and preferr an Indictment for Felony against<lb></lb>
the Deft. at this present Session of Oier and Terminer for the City of<lb></lb>
London for not Surrendring himself to the Comissioners in a Comission.<lb></lb>
of Bankruptry awarded and issued forth against him Pursuant to the<lb></lb>
several Statutes then and now in force Concerning Bankrupts He this<lb></lb>
Depot. did some time in or about the Middle of June last apply to Mr<lb></lb>
Unwin of Wax Chandler's Hall London Clerk to the said Commission and<lb></lb>
shew'd him an Affidavit made by the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSLPS15062_n266-4">William Wood</rs>

<interp inst="LMSLPS15062_n266-4" type="surname" value="Wood"></interp>

of a Debt due and<lb></lb>
owing to him from the Said Bankrupt before the Date & Swing forth<lb></lb>

to pay Six Guineas<obscured></obscured>

the said Mr Unwin<lb></lb>

would Cause a Sitting of the Comissiones to be appointed at the said<lb></lb>
Wood's Expence in order that the said Wood might grove his Debt under the said<lb></lb>
Commission and offred to pay Six Guineas to the said Mr Unwin for the Charges<lb></lb>
of such Setting and also desired the said Mr Unwin to let this Depot. See the<lb></lb>
said Comission & Proceedings thereon & take Copies thereof Paying for the<lb></lb>
same but the said Mr Unwin told this Depot. he could not comply with<lb></lb>
his request & that he must apply to the Assignees under the sd Comission<lb></lb>
for what he had desired And this Depot further Saith That on or about<lb></lb>
the twenty Seventh day of June last this Depot. went to the House of Mr<lb></lb>
Newton a Silver Smith in <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15062_geo267">Fenchurch Street</rs>

who is one of the Assignees<lb></lb>
of the said Bankrupts Estate as he acknowledg'd and One Mr Unwin being<lb></lb>
there at the same time who said he was the other Assignee of the said<lb></lb>
Bankrupt's Estate He this Depot. acquainted them both together that he<lb></lb>
was employ'd by the said Wood to prosecute the said Comerlan for Felony<lb></lb>
for not Surrendring himself to the said Commission and Shew'd them she said woods affidavit of his<lb></lb>
Debt and apply'd to them for the following Purpose that is to say This<lb></lb>
Depot. desired they would direct the Clerk of the Commission to advertize a<lb></lb>
Meeting of the Comissioners in the Gazette to prove Debts for which meeting<lb></lb>
Mr Wood would pay the Charges and at the same time offred to pay them five<lb></lb>
Guineas in hand for such Charges and then this Depot. desired them that<lb></lb>
they would give orders to the said Clerk to let this Depot. inspect the said<lb></lb>
Comission & the Proceedings under it and take Copies paying for them and<lb></lb>
that they would give orders to the said Clerk to attend with the Comission<lb></lb>
and proceedings at the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15062_geo268">Old Baily</rs>
