the Wast being then abt. 6. or 7 Yards distant from the the Deceased<lb></lb>

, Says upon that she went up to the Deced being in<lb></lb>
Company with him & his Wife & heard the Deced desire the sd. Pasmore<lb></lb>
to desist, upon which Pastmore said dont make any more Disterbont<lb></lb>
it but shut up Shop, Says then Pasmore went away, But soon<lb></lb>
returned & standing behind a Man Saw him pull the Deced's Wig<lb></lb>
Says upon that the Deced turnd about in a Rage & second as if he was<lb></lb>
going to strike Pasmore but did not, Says then he saw Pasmore<lb></lb>
strike the Deced one blow with his right hand and another with<lb></lb>
his Loft upon his saw bone upon which the Deced fell down<lb></lb>
on the Paced Stones, And that the sd. Pasmore had no Stick in his hands</p>

hold of her & wanted her to take a Walk & to go with him to drink or<lb></lb>
Glass of Wine which she refused; Upon which the Deced Mr. Westmore<lb></lb>
desired that he would let her alone & that she belongd to him, Says<lb></lb>
up out that Pasmore went away, and presently the fire worker began<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
to go off, But missing Mr. Westmore she turnd about & saw Pasmore<lb></lb>
give Westmore a Blow with his right hand & then Westmore fell<lb></lb>
down on his Loft side, Says there was no Words then as She heard<lb></lb>
But the sd. Westmore soon after that dyed</p>
