For that the said Jane by her Examinantion taken before<lb></lb>
the said two Justices possitively Swears that the<lb></lb>
Appellant is the reall and true Father of the said Male<lb></lb>
Bastard Child and did beget the Same on the body of the<lb></lb>
Examinant And that no other persons had Carnal knowledge<lb></lb>
of her Body<del>but</del>
the Appellant Since her husbands Death</p>
<p n="3">Whereas it plainly Appears that the said Jane<lb></lb>
Myers hath been Oftern seen and found in bed withone<lb></lb>

Delivery of the said Jane Myers Therefore the<lb></lb>
Appellant humbly insists that he is not the Putative<lb></lb>
Tather thereof And for these Reasons appeals against<lb></lb>
the Same</p>
