was conveying him in such maner thro' this City<lb></lb>
to safe custody when being in or abt. <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15036_geo9">Hatton<lb></lb>
Garden</rs>

this Informt. saw the said Milburne<lb></lb>

give the said<del>Davis</del>
Evans diverse stabs with a<lb></lb>
Knife one of which proved to be in his Neck near<lb></lb>
his throat & the other two in his right arm of<lb></lb>
which wounds he the said<del>Davis</del>
Evans now languisheth<lb></lb>
And this Informt. James saith That abt. that time<lb></lb>
or soon after he being a Surgeon was sent for to<lb></lb>
the Watch House in Holbourne to assist the said<lb></lb>
<del>Davis</del>
Evans with his skill where he saw & dressed the<lb></lb>
said Wound in his Neck but did not see the other<lb></lb>
two till abt. nine of the clock the same morning<lb></lb>
when his Clothes were of wch. he then also<lb></lb>
dressed & upon the whole is of opinion that by<lb></lb>
the nature of the wounds espially that in his<lb></lb>
Neck</p>
