The said George Chittle Confesseth That on the one & Thirtieth day of<lb></lb>
Decembr. last between six and seven of the Clock in the Evening he<lb></lb>

where knowing their design to break<lb></lb>
open a warehouse he this Examint. went away & would not pyne<lb></lb>
with them therein, and soone after James Pewterer over took the<lb></lb>
Examint. in mansell street and desired him to take from him the<lb></lb>
said pewterer some Tobacco and carry it to the house of one Dykes<lb></lb>
at the Three Travellers in <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15024_geo14">Church Lane</rs>

, and told this Examint.<lb></lb>
that an hour after he got to the said Dykes'sall the said psons above<lb></lb>
named came thither to him with Tobacco, and the same night he<lb></lb>
went with the said psons to a <rs type="occupation" id="LMSLPS15024_occ13">Hosieur</rs>

neare Well Close where they<lb></lb>
sold part of the said Tobacco for Twelve Shillings & six pence at the<lb></lb>
rate of Five pence P pound, and Confesses that he had two shillings<lb></lb>
part of the said money, and alsoe Confesses that the same night he was<lb></lb>
with the said psons when they sold more of the same Tobacco taken out<lb></lb>
of the said Warehouse to a Chandler in <rs type="placeName" id="LMSLPS15024_geo15">East Smithfield</rs>

for six shillings<lb></lb>
& three pence at the rate of six pence p pound, but denies he find any<lb></lb>
part or share of the money. And this Examint. alsoe Confesses that<lb></lb>
about twelve or one of the Clock at Norve the day the sd. Warehouse was<lb></lb>
to be open he this Examint. & the others above named went into Hayden<lb></lb>
Yard to took out for some place to robb, & the said Pewterer then fixt upon<lb></lb>
the above menconed Warehouse & said he would get in it at night if he<lb></lb>
could, And likewise confesses that he had in the whole Eight shillings and<lb></lb>
six pence out of the money arising by the goods stolen and of Hayden yard</p>
