her husband dyed<lb></lb>
on the 23th day of May last, and about three weekes<lb></lb>
or a fortnight before that time her said husband<lb></lb>

Dr Clinch was Murdered, and further told this<lb></lb>

but left the said Harper and a Granadier at ye<lb></lb>

the second time to the said Dr Clinch his house,<lb></lb>

Informt: further saith that her said<lb></lb>
husband upon his death bedd was very much dis-<lb></lb>
contented and told this Informant that the prtence<lb></lb>
of takeing the said Dr Clinch out of his house was<lb></lb>
to carry him to a Patient who lived were White<lb></lb>
Chappell, and that when they<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
were<lb></lb>
in the Coach together the said Cole began to putt<lb></lb>
his hand into the Drs Pockett, and that then the said<lb></lb>
Dr Cryed out Rogues, Rogues, and then ye said<lb></lb>
Cole dyed and handkercher about the Drs Neck &<lb></lb>
that he the said Milward said to Cole, I feare<lb></lb>
you have hurt the Dr, and<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
the prsently<lb></lb>
after that the Dr being dead they sent the<lb></lb>
Coach man for a Couple of Fowles wth ye money<lb></lb>
they tooke out of the Dr Pockett, and when ye<lb></lb>
Coachman was gon for them they made theire<lb></lb>
Escapes, And this Informt: further deposeth; that upon<lb></lb>
the noyse of the Ld Cheife Justice his warrt: being out<lb></lb>
to apprhend her said husband, he was forced to goe<lb></lb>
into the Country and abscond and when he retorned<lb></lb>
the said Harper and Cole mett wth him, and made<lb></lb>
him sweare that he would meete them ye next day</p>
