came thither and called the said Mrs Milward<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
out of ye Roome<lb></lb>
and after a little stay they came into the roome together & take<lb></lb>
downe, and talked concerneing Dr Clinch and ye said Harper<lb></lb>
desired Mrs Milward to appoynt a place where he and Cole<lb></lb>
and her selfe might meete, and Mrs Milward appoynted a<lb></lb>
place were this Informts: lodgings and to meete the next<lb></lb>
Morneing, and then Harper went away, and prsently returned<lb></lb>
and brought Cole and his wife upp staires, and then asked Mrs<lb></lb>
Milward to goe and drinke wth them, but she refused to goe wth<lb></lb>
them saying that there were none but friends bout them and<lb></lb>
she would stay there, then the said Cole began to exclaime<lb></lb>
agt: Mrs Milward because she had reported a bread that<lb></lb>
he the said Cole had a hand in the Murder of Dr Clinch, but<lb></lb>
Mrs Milward doinged she had said any such thing, but Cole<lb></lb>
said Mrs Robinson had informed of it, and he would cleere<lb></lb>
himselfe before he slept; The next morneing Cole came<lb></lb>
againe to this Informts: lodgings to inquire for Mrs Milward<lb></lb>
but she not being there, the said Cole told this Informt: that he<lb></lb>
& Harper had beene wth Mrs Robbinson, and yt Mrs Robinson told them yt:<lb></lb>
she had heard that there were two men had Murdered Dr<lb></lb>
Clinch but theire names she could not tell</p>
