there was A good Booty to be had, And that they might make<lb></lb>
an hundred pounds A piece. And upon this the said Valentin<lb></lb>
& this Examinant on the 19th. of November last went & tooke<lb></lb>
A Lodging at the said Mr. Daniells, where they lay that<lb></lb>

to wrost open A door with. And presently after they were<lb></lb>
All come into their Room, up two pair of Stairs, Pceiving yere<lb></lb>
were no Psons above Stairs ye sd. Knight & Grainger<lb></lb>
(desiring this Examinant to stay in ye Room) went & open'd<lb></lb>
ye door of the next Chamber on the same Floor (being<lb></lb>
lockt) & imediatley after return'd into their Chamber<lb></lb>
& brought with them, A Gold fringe Scarfe for an officer,<lb></lb>
A Silver Salver, A large Silver Tankard, A Silver Cup<lb></lb>
two Silver Spoons, A pair of Pistolls, A black Silk hood or<lb></lb>
Scarse: Two pair of laced Ruffles & A laced Craba, & A<lb></lb>
Case of knives, All which goods the said Knight Grainger<lb></lb>
& this Examinant carryed off & tooke away with them that<lb></lb>
Evening about Six A clock, And then went to an Alehouse<lb></lb>

Lodging for that night, which he accordingly did, And the next<lb></lb>
Morning, All the Plate (except the Cupp & two Spoons,<lb></lb>
which the sd. Grainger tooke to himselfe) was sold to one<lb></lb>
