employed as A Nurse, he thereby became<lb></lb>
acquainted with this Informt. & about that<lb></lb>
time did begett her with ye Child she<lb></lb>
now goes with And saith that no other pson<lb></lb>
is father of ye said Child. And this Informt.<lb></lb>
further saith That about four or five months since<lb></lb>
the said Acton caused this Informt. to be taken<lb></lb>
by A warrt. (as she apprhended) to bring her<lb></lb>
before A Justice of the Peace in Midlx, Audr<lb></lb>
being in custody of A Constable, the sd Mr. Acton<lb></lb>
one Mr Wright A Sherrifes office & severall<lb></lb>
others being prsent, this Informt. was pressed by<lb></lb>
ye sd. Acton to disown her Accu<obscured></obscured>
& the sd Acton there gave<lb></lb>
her forty shillings to subscribe A Paper then<lb></lb>
drawn by ye sd. Wright which this Informt. to<lb></lb>
procure her libty at that time was forced to do<lb></lb>
And the Upon this Informt. was carryed before<lb></lb>
A Justice of ye Peace at Islington, & discharged<lb></lb>
without being any way examined touching the<lb></lb>
Sd. matter. And this Informt. also Saith that<lb></lb>
at another time, the Said Acton told this Informt.<lb></lb>
he would give her A price of money, to lay the<lb></lb>
Sd. Child to another person.</p>
