on the Pavement in the Kings Road, that<lb></lb>
the deceased appeared intoxicated, and could<lb></lb>
not speak on walk, that this Examt. went<lb></lb>

the Watchmen accordingly came out<lb></lb>
and assisted this Examt. to convey the<lb></lb>
deceased to the Watchhouse, that this<lb></lb>
Examinant carried the deceased part of<lb></lb>
the Way, and the two Watchmen the rest<lb></lb>
of the Way, to the Watchhouse that the<lb></lb>
deceased did not speak in going to<lb></lb>
the Watchhouse, that when he came<lb></lb>
to the Watchhouse, same person Ordered<lb></lb>
him to be taken down Stairs, that he<lb></lb>
was accordingly taken out of the Room<lb></lb>
and this Examt. left the Watch house<lb></lb>
in a few Minutes afterwards</p>
