bought Ten Yards of brown<lb></lb>
Sattin for which she paid him Two Pounds seventeen Shillings and<lb></lb>
six pence; that before they went out of the Shop, he Missed two pieces<lb></lb>
of Sattin that on his making enquiry after them and looking about<lb></lb>
for them he saw the two pieces of Sattin Now produced (which were the two<lb></lb>
pieces had then missed) drop from the Cloaths of the said Johnson and<lb></lb>
that he verily believes, that the said Johnson had feloniously stolen and<lb></lb>
Concealed the same, with an intent to Carry the off</p>
