Order of the said Mr Hemmett as unserviceable, in Consequence<lb></lb>
of which Condemnation the said Copper was left such a Man<lb></lb>
Deck for the purpose of sending it on Shore the next day being<lb></lb>
Friday, That on the friday morning on his coming<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
upon<lb></lb>
Deck he Missed the said Copper as also an Iron Boat Grapnell<lb></lb>
both of which are the property of his Majesty and which being<lb></lb>
now produced he declares on his Oath as aforesaid on the<lb></lb>
Copper and Grapnell belonging to the said Ship Whitley and<lb></lb>
were as he verily believes feloniously taken and Carried<lb></lb>
away by John Hennesy and <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45028_n3526-5">Owen Sullivan</rs>
