time the said Tomlin was in their Custody he<lb></lb>
gave Information of a Portmanteau Frank having<lb></lb>
been Stoke out of a Coach at Wapping Wall the<lb></lb>
proceeding Evening and that he (Tomlin) was in<lb></lb>
possesion of Part of the Contents of the said Trunk<lb></lb>
to the Amount of near One hundred Pounds.</p>
<p n="43">That in Consequence thereof Informant went with<lb></lb>
Tomlin to his House when said Tomlins Ordered his<lb></lb>
wife to bring down the things which were above<lb></lb>
Stairs (meaning as Informant believes the property<lb></lb>
Tomlin sayed he had in his possession). That his<lb></lb>
wife accordingly went up Stairs and brought down<lb></lb>
a Pistol. a Small Quantity of Ladies Trinkets and<lb></lb>
a Book of Accounts now here produced and which are<lb></lb>
but of very till be ValueThat Informant then<lb></lb>
asked both Tomlin and his wife if they were in<lb></lb>
Possesion or knew of any<del>other</del>
more of the property so</p>
