Gun when he came to ye back of Hounslow<lb></lb>
he shod a Thrwsh which fell into a Garden<lb></lb>
that he being desirous to go into yr Garden<lb></lb>
for it ask'd Furhar, when Garden it was &<lb></lb>
who was Gardner, who replied it is Mr Ship into<lb></lb>
Garden, & Palmer is Gardner & he added that<lb></lb>
he, Falcher saw ye sd. Palmer pass his Door in<lb></lb>
worton Lane ye Night before between 11 & 12 with<lb></lb>
a Ladder on his Should or, which going this<lb></lb>
Deponent great reason to suspect that the<lb></lb>
wright be ye Jenson who had stolen the said<lb></lb>
Plants & Pots, he went into of Garden & found<lb></lb>
right of them under a Frame there, which<lb></lb>
he verily believes were the Plants so stolen,<lb></lb>
and carried there by the sd. <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45027_n28-3">Benjamin Palmer</rs>
