on his Oath, Saith, that on Saturday the second of this<lb></lb>
Month in the evening, he went into his, necessary house, and<lb></lb>
took his Silver watch out of his Pockett, and laid it in a little<lb></lb>
Shelf in the said necessary, and after he had Done his occasions<lb></lb>
came away, and forgot to put his watch in<obscured></obscured>
Pockett again<lb></lb>
and upon his return from the necessary went out with some<lb></lb>

very Parcipitatily Leaving the greatest Part of the beer behind him<lb></lb>
on the Following day the watch was brought to him by a woman<lb></lb>
who acknowledged to this examinant it was delivered by the Prisonor</p>
