when this Informant asked the said Green if he<lb></lb>
wanted a House when he the said Green and he was come to look<lb></lb>
at it Saith that the said Green and that it must be repaired<lb></lb>
when this Informant told the said Green that he would repair it<lb></lb>
and put a new Door to it, That he this Informant asked the<lb></lb>
said Green where he lived last, he told him in <rs type="placeName" id="LMOBPS45023_geo1566">old Street</rs>

that Green told him this informant that he would let him know<lb></lb>
about twelve oClock whether he would have the House or not<lb></lb>
That he the said Green returned about five oClock in the afternoon<lb></lb>
and told this Informant he would have the House at the Rent<lb></lb>
of Six pounds Ten Shillings P year and told this Informant if<lb></lb>
he would allow him a Guinea he would do some little Repair to<lb></lb>
the House himself, as he would huse to paper a part of it, which<lb></lb>
this Informant agreed to do, Saith that he this Informant asked<lb></lb>
the said Green were he should go to enquire his Character, when<lb></lb>
he the said Green gave this Informant a Direction to a Person<lb></lb>
on the other side of the Water, were he this Informant sent<lb></lb>
who gave him a good Character, to the Satisfaction of this Informant<lb></lb>
That in two or three days afterwards he the said Green came and<lb></lb>
took Possession of this Informants House before this Informants<lb></lb>
Men had finished such Repairs which he this Informant agreed<lb></lb>
to do saith that he the said Green continued in the said house<lb></lb>
a few Weeks after Michaelmas day That about two or three days<lb></lb>
before Michaelmas day he this Informant called at Greens<lb></lb>
house purmisnously when he the said Green told this Informant<lb></lb>
that he should like to leave the said House to a Woman they<lb></lb>
present who the said Green called his sister which this Informant<lb></lb>
always before took for the said Greens wife</p>
