<p n="2571">Who being Oath say and first this Informt<lb></lb>
Benjamin <rs type="occupation" id="LMOBPS45018_occ319">Gillman</rs>

for himself saith that on<lb></lb>
Saturday Night last about 12' o Clock he was picked<lb></lb>
up by a Woman in Parkers Lane & he went home<lb></lb>
with her to her Lodgings in Parkers Lane the ground<lb></lb>
Floor where they had a pot of Beer together some little<lb></lb>
time after this Informt. had been in the said Room<lb></lb>
two persons now present who call themselves<lb></lb>
Lawrence Cornor & <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45018_n2571-1">Jas Ellis</rs>

came in to the Room & Seized hold of this Informt.<lb></lb>
Dragged him by the hair of his head into the Street <lb></lb>
& beat him very Violently & while he was upon the<lb></lb>
Ground in the Street he felt one of the said three<lb></lb>
persons hands in his<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
right hand Breeches<lb></lb>
Pocket in which pocket this Informt. had a<lb></lb>
Six Shilling & Nine Pence & three Shillings &<lb></lb>
Nine Pence in Silver & half pence at the time they<lb></lb>
so Seized hold of him as abovementd. & his <rs type="occupation" id="LMOBPS45018_occ320">Breeches<lb></lb>
Pocket</rs>

was also buttoned they continued beating this<lb></lb>
Informant upon the Ground for about five Minutes<lb></lb>

from off this Informant but<lb></lb>
what became of the other Man he cannot tell as<lb></lb>
he did not see him afterwards when this Informant<lb></lb>
got from off the Ground he felt for his Money &<lb></lb>
found that his right hand Pockets & this Breeches was unbuttoned<lb></lb>
& all his Money taken away being in the whole<lb></lb>
Nine Shillings & Six pence this Informant<lb></lb>
is certain that he had his Money in his Pocket<lb></lb>
at the time he was first Seized hold of by the said<lb></lb>
three Men</p>
