at Night this Informant was met in the Street by Two Women<lb></lb>
who picked him up and with whom he went to their Lodging in<lb></lb>

That in a little time this Informant fell asleep in the said room<lb></lb>
and in about An Hour he was awakened by some Blows in his face<lb></lb>
which effected him very Much and made him very Bloody: That this<lb></lb>
Informant then Saw a Person now present who calls himself <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45018_n2541-5">Ralph<lb></lb>
Lawson</rs>

did make use of many and terrifying<lb></lb>
Threats to this Informant Asking him What Business he had in his<lb></lb>
Lodging, and Endeavoured to force him out of them And this Informant<lb></lb>
further saith that he is very certain He had in his Pockett at the time<lb></lb>
of his going into the said Apartments Thirteen Guineas in Gold, and<lb></lb>
Sixteen Shillings in Silver together with some Halfpence But upon<lb></lb>
his examining his Pocketts, immediately upon his being awakened by<lb></lb>
the Violent Blows as aforesaid, He found that the whole of the said<lb></lb>
money had been taken from his Person And this Informant further<lb></lb>
saith that he got out of the House as soon as he cou'd And upon his<lb></lb>
giving Information of his having been robbed and Ill used to the Constable<lb></lb>
of the Night at the Water House He went with Assistance but cou'd<lb></lb>
not find any of the parties.</p>
