for himself says that he lives in Mr. Bromfields's house<lb></lb>
at Chelsea, says that between 6 & 7 o' Clock yesterday Evening<lb></lb>
hearing a Noise about the Ligeon house he went with one <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45014_n530-1">John<lb></lb>

near it, says that after the said two persons were secured in<lb></lb>
the Cage he was informed that one of them had acknowledged<lb></lb>
that they had killed two Doves and had likewise took a Plant<lb></lb>
up out of the Garden and put it into a Pot, says that he<lb></lb>
accordingly went again to search and found two dead Pigeons<lb></lb>
and a certain Plant or shrub called a Speekled Gold leaved Savin of<lb></lb>
the value of five Shillings and upwards which had been plucked<lb></lb>
up out of the Garden Ground of the said <rs type="persName" id="LMOBPS45014_n530-3">Wm. Bromfield</rs>
