Paid to Church and poor</p>
<p n="69">The Father dies and by will Bequeaths to his Wife for Life the<lb></lb>
Lease of his Dwelling, House in London (where the Trade was<lb></lb>
Carryed on) Together with the use of all his House hold goods<lb></lb>
therein Remainder to her said Son and makes his Wife Executrix</p>
<p n="70">The Son lives with the Mother on the same House carry's<lb></lb>
on the same Trade as a Merchants (In which his believed the Mother<lb></lb>
has no part) death the came warehouses and Compling House,<lb></lb>
And both He and his Servants, lay in the House, but pays no<lb></lb>

It being his Turn in a Course of Rotation. But he declines either<lb></lb>
to serve or Fine</p>

deem'd an Inhabitant and Eligible, to Serve, And If so,<lb></lb>
how and in what manner Compellable?</p>

If the Son carry's on a Trade and Occupy's Warehouses<lb></lb>
as a Merchant He is to be Deemed an Inhabitant, and may<lb></lb>
be obliged to Serve or Fine, after a due appointment He<lb></lb>
must be proceeded against (in case of Refusal) before<lb></lb>
the Ordinary</p>
