that she shall not any ways be a charge to the to the said Parish and at the end of the said Term shall provide<lb></lb>
for he said Appentice Apparel of all sorts fit for an Apprentices<lb></lb>
And for the true Performance of all and every the Covenants and Agreements aforesaid either of the said Parties binder<lb></lb>

<p n="120">A3. The Indenture. Convent. Article or Contract must bear date the day it is executed, and what<lb></lb>

tute; otherwise the Indent will be said the Master or Mistress forfeit Fifty Pounds and another<lb></lb>
Penalty, and the Apprentice be disabled to follow his Trade or be made free.</p>
