Mr. Maynard then took notice that the Houses in <lb></lb>
Philpot Lane adjoining to Mr. Theed's were intended to be <lb></lb>
taken down and rebuilt soon after Christmas by which the <lb></lb>
Parish Agreement with Mr. Theed wou'd expire, and submitted<lb></lb>
to the Vestry whether it shou'd not be referred to a Committee <lb></lb>
to take into consideration the state and condition of Mr. <lb></lb>
Theed's House, chiefly with respect to the Party Wall, and to <lb></lb>
treat and agree for Leting the said House.</p>
<p n="1718">Mr. Johnson thereupon Moved that the same Committee <lb></lb>
that had Let the Parish Estates at Ware and Collier Row <lb></lb>
be a Committee for Leting the House in Philpot Lane in <lb></lb>
the occupation of Mr. Theed, and that they be empowered <lb></lb>
to take every precaution necessary for securing the same <lb></lb>
against any damage that may happen by taking down <lb></lb>
the adjoining Houses, And being seconded, the Question <lb></lb>
was put and Carried in the Affirmative Nem: Con: And It <lb></lb>
was Ordered accordingly.</p>
