<p n="1688">Mr. Morden was then called in and desired to make <lb></lb>
his Proposal, when having observed that it would take <lb></lb>
Fifty shillings P Acre to put the close in heart, he offer'd <lb></lb>
the yearly Rent of Eleven Pounds for the premises, and to <lb></lb>
put the House and Land in good Repair and condition.<lb></lb>
And being desired to withdraw, the Question was put <lb></lb>
whether the said Proposal of Mr. Morden be Accepted. It <lb></lb>
past in the Negative.</p>

clear of all deductions, and to put the House in Repair.<lb></lb>
They were Ordered to withdraw.</p>
<p n="1690">After some debate Mr. Morden was called in again and<lb></lb>
being asked, whether he was willing to take the Close<lb></lb>
separate from the House, and upon what Terms, offered to <lb></lb>
take the Close at the yearly Rent Ten Pounds. And <lb></lb>
being again desired to withdraw, <rs type="persName" id="GLDBMV30502_n1690-1">John Lord</rs>

and upon what Terms. They only proposed Forty shillings<lb></lb>
a year, to repair the Premises. And some of the Gentlemen <lb></lb>
desiring them to consider of it, and mend their Proposal <lb></lb>
the Vestry broke up without coming to any Resolution <lb></lb>
concerning the same.</p>
