Then Mr. Church Warden Kippax Reported from the<lb></lb>
Committee appointed to settle and Ascertain the Parish<lb></lb>
Boundaries That They were of opinion that the Ground belonging<lb></lb>
to the Parish from East to West from the Back Wall of the House<lb></lb>
in Philpot Lane late Mr. Oswald's is 23 Feet. 8 Inches or<lb></lb>
there abouts as will appear by the Marks now fixed.</p>
<p n="630">Mr. Maynard then acquainted the Vestry that a<lb></lb>
Parish Mark had been put up ever since the Year 1669 against<lb></lb>
the Back part of Mr. Greenwoods House in Rood Lane but for<lb></lb>
what Reason was not known as this Parish laid no Claim<lb></lb>
to any part of the same House He therefore moved That the<lb></lb>
said Mark be Remov'd, that no Charge might hereafter acorne<lb></lb>
to the Parish on account of the same, as no Benefit was receiv'd<lb></lb>
