Reported from the same Comittee that they had been down<lb></lb>
and View'd the Estate at Collier Row now in the Occupation of</p>

Heart and no Encroachment thereon But that the House<lb></lb>
and Barn, were much out of Repair And as the Tenant was<lb></lb>
desirous to Surrender the present Lease (which will Expire at<lb></lb>
Xtmas 1758) And to take a New Lease from the Parish for 14<lb></lb>
Years from Michmas now next coming At the same Yearly<lb></lb>
Reserved Rent of £10 payable in London And be himself<lb></lb>
at £5 Charge toward the immediate Repairs Of the<lb></lb>
premisses, They were of Opinion That a Sum not Exceeding<lb></lb>
the Sum of £20 (including therein the said Sum of £5<lb></lb>
Agreed to be Allowed by the Tenant) shoud be laid out</p>
