Mr. Singleton, who pulled open the Door of the<lb></lb>
Stall and saw the Deced Honging in the Stall<lb></lb>
by a Cord which was fastened to an Iron St<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
fixed in one of the Rasters and with a<lb></lb>
running Noose about the Deced's Neck, Says<lb></lb>
that with a Knife Dept. cut the Cord,<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
<lb></lb>
Deced being Cold and appeared to have been<lb></lb>
dead many Hoars, and Dept. believes that the<lb></lb>
Deced Hanged himself, Says that he saw<lb></lb>
the Deced almost every Day who appeared to<lb></lb>
be very uneasy in his Mind.</p>
