has known the Deced about six and<del>frequently</del>

carried the Deced her Break fast & Dinner<lb></lb>
to her almost every Day to the House<lb></lb>
where she slept belonging to Mrs. Cook, Says<lb></lb>
that other saw the Deced. at the Door about<lb></lb>
Twelve o' Clock last Night, when she complaind<lb></lb>
of being Cold and desired Dept. to bring her<lb></lb>
a little Ale in a Pint Pot, but Dept. did not<lb></lb>
Says that the Deced was then in Liquor<lb></lb>
but not so much Intoxicated as she had<lb></lb>
often seen her the Deced being very<lb></lb>
much Addicted to Drinking, and<lb></lb>
Dept. believes that the Deced was Suffocated</p>

and fastened the Street Door but did not see<lb></lb>
the Deced Suppoing that she was gone<lb></lb>
to Bad Says that about a Quarter after<lb></lb>
Nine o' Clock this Morning Dept. went<lb></lb>
to call the Deced, and found Her lying<lb></lb>
dead on her Back upon the Bad with a White Froth<lb></lb>
around</p>
