King, when, how, and by what Means the said Thomas Guilling came to<lb></lb>
h is Death, do upon their Oath say That the said Thomas Guilling on the<lb></lb>
nineteenth day of August in the Year aforesaid was Bathing<lb></lb>
himself in the River Thamas at the Cotton of Northumberland<lb></lb>
Street in the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields within<lb></lb>
the LIberty and County aforesaid, and that it so happened<lb></lb>
that the said Thomas Guilling Accidentally casually &<lb></lb>
by Misfortune in the water of the said <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65227_geo1264">River Thames</rs>

was then and there suffocated and drowned of which said<lb></lb>
suffocation and Drowning he the said Thomas Guilling<lb></lb>
then and there died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their<lb></lb>
Oath aforesaid do say that the said Thomas Guilling in<lb></lb>
manner and by the means aforesaid Accidentally, casually<lb></lb>
and by Misfortune came to his death and not otherwise<lb></lb>
In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said<lb></lb>
