the Deced and her Husband appeared to live very unhappy, were often<lb></lb>
Quarrelling and fighting says that between 4 and 5 OClock in the Afternoon<lb></lb>
of Saturday last Dept. saw the Deced upon the Landing Place when she<lb></lb>
appeared to be in good Health and not in Liquor, the Deced being Eating<lb></lb>
something and feeding her lat after which Deced went into her Room and<lb></lb>
fastened the Door as Dept. thinks, and went to lie down upon the bed as she<lb></lb>
frequently used to do says that about 5 O Clock the Husband of the Deced<lb></lb>
came home and knocked several times at the Door saying open the Door<lb></lb>
says that in two or three Minutes this Dept heard somebody come of the dept thought & opened the Door<lb></lb>
which Dept believes to be the Deced Immediately this Dept. Heard something<lb></lb>
fall heavily upon the Floor which Dept. believes to be the Deced and heard her<lb></lb>
Dragged upon the Floor and then she heard Mr. Thomas swear very much<lb></lb>
saying you eternal Drunken Ritch and where but Dept. did not hear the<lb></lb>
Deced make any Answer says that about 6 OClock that afternoon this Dept.<lb></lb>
was Drinking Tea below Stairs with Mrs. Parrett when Mr. Thomas came<lb></lb>
down Stairs and desired Mrs. Parrett to go up with him to see what<lb></lb>
situation his Wife was in which she did Says that in about an Flour<lb></lb>
afterwards this Dept. went up Stairs with Mrs. Parrett and saw the Deced<lb></lb>
lying upon the Bed insensible and not able to move herself says that the<lb></lb>
Eyes of the Deced appeared to he swelled but Dept. observed no other part upon her<lb></lb>
Says that Mr. Thomas when he came down Stairs appeared to be much confused<lb></lb>
And Dept. heard Mrs. Parrett between Eleven and twelve O Clock that Night<lb></lb>
tell Mr. Thomas upon the Stairs that his wife was diging to which he<lb></lb>
replied let her die and be damned says that she saw the Deced afterwards that<lb></lb>
night when her feet were Cold, and Deced died about nine o Clock Yesterday<lb></lb>

which she went and found the Deced insensible & not able to speak, Says that the<lb></lb>
sat up with the Deced and found her feet and legs Cold, upon which Mr.<lb></lb>
