very low Spirited, but did not attempt then<lb></lb>
to make away with himself, Says that<lb></lb>
he has attended several People Disordered<lb></lb>
in their Mind and had then a strant Was treat<lb></lb>
to confine the Deced, but Deced's Sister desired<lb></lb>
Dept. to be tender of him, and Dept. did not<lb></lb>
put it on, Says that on Thursday Night last<lb></lb>
Deced was in Bed, and appeared to be assleep<lb></lb>
That about ten Minutes after Dept. sat down<lb></lb>
in an Easy Chair by the Fire & near the feet<lb></lb>
of the Bed but did not drop asleep, That<lb></lb>
in about ten Minutes or a Quarter of an<lb></lb>
hour Dept. saw the window Curtain shake and heard<lb></lb>
the Sash of one of the Windows in the Room<lb></lb>
put up, upon which he immediately rant<lb></lb>
the Window found the Sash up and saw the<lb></lb>
Deced bye upon the Pavement in the Yard<lb></lb>
Back wards, beer be<obscured></obscured>
One & two o'Clock Yesterday<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
Says, that he went directly to<lb></lb>
the Deced and took him up and carried<lb></lb>
