within the Liberty and County aforesaid, with a certain<lb></lb>
Knife made of Iron and Steel which he the said Jonathan Bingley<lb></lb>
had and held in his Hand, the Throat or Gullet of him the<lb></lb>

mortal Wound he the said Jonathan Bingley at the Parish<lb></lb>
aforesaid within the Liberty and County aforesaid from the<lb></lb>
said Twenty seventh day of August until the Sixth day of September<lb></lb>
aforesaid did languish and languishing did live, on which<lb></lb>
said Sixth dy of September he the said Jonathan Bingley of the<lb></lb>
mortal Wound aforesaid there did die. And so the Jurors aforesaid<lb></lb>
upon their Oath aforesaid do says, that the said Jonathan Bingley not<lb></lb>
being of sound Mind Memory and Understanding but lunatick &<lb></lb>
