to Tea, as Dept. thinks about<obscured></obscured>
five o'Clock and returned to the Shop<lb></lb>
in less than, an hour, and afterwards worked<lb></lb>
with Dept. in the Shop until a Quarter after Eight<lb></lb>
o'Clock or there abouts, and then went home<lb></lb>
Says that this Dept. was some time afterwards<lb></lb>
fetched home, and was then informed that Mrs.<lb></lb>
Kirkwood was dead. And this Dept. says that the<lb></lb>
Deced used to get up in the Night time and make<lb></lb>
a Noise in the House, and open the Doors and<lb></lb>
Windows, Says that the Deced was very often<lb></lb>
in Liquor, and then Quarrelled with her Husband.</p>

Says that he Break fasted with his Master at home<lb></lb>
last Tuesday Morning, when Mr. Kirkwood carried<lb></lb>
Deced's Breakfast up to her as usual, She being in<lb></lb>
Bed, Says that they Dined at home that day, but<lb></lb>
that the Deced did not eat any Dinner with them,<lb></lb>
Says that his Master worked with him in the Shop until<lb></lb>
about five o'Clock when he went home to Tea, and<lb></lb>
returned in about half an hour, Says that Dept.<lb></lb>
was sent to carry some Bird seed for his Mistress<lb></lb>
and found her in the Kitchin, That Deced appeared<lb></lb>
as usual and thanked Dept. for the Seed, Says that<lb></lb>
he then went back to the Shop and worked there with<lb></lb>
his Master until about a Quarter after Eight o'Clock<lb></lb>
when Mr. Kirkwood. went home. And Dept. further<lb></lb>
says that he has seen the Deced beat herself with<lb></lb>
a Pewter Plate, a Pinch herself, and then declare<lb></lb>
that she would say her Husband beat her</p>
