Westmr. That the Deced was in the Claft<lb></lb>
lifting up the Bundles upon the Backs of Dept.<lb></lb>
and other Labourers who carried them to the share<lb></lb>
Says that he had carried a load to Shore and was<lb></lb>
returning to fetch another, and being at the<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
heard a Man (one of the Carriers<obscured></obscured>
who was<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
<del>Man was overboard,</del>
for help upon which Dept. run into the<lb></lb>
Mud of about ten Yards from the Shore he found the<lb></lb>
Deced lying on his left side with his Head cover<lb></lb>
with the Mud, and a Bundle of the Corks lying<lb></lb>
close to him, Says that he lifted up the Deced's<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
Head, took a Quantity of the Mud out of his Month<lb></lb>
but that he could not speak nor did Dept. afterwards observed<lb></lb>
any Signs of life in him Says that he heard no<lb></lb>
Quarrel or Disagreement between the Man that cried<lb></lb>
out and the Deced, (there being no other person then<lb></lb>
on Board the Craft) and believes that the Deced<lb></lb>
Accidentally fell out of the Craft into the Mud and<lb></lb>
was Suffocated.</p>
