chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the<lb></lb>
King, when, how, and by what Means the said William Whitcome came to<lb></lb>
h is Death, do upon their Oath say, That the said Whitcome of the Age of Eighteen<lb></lb>
Months on the Twenty third day of August in the Year aforesaid at the Parish and in the<lb></lb>
Liberty and County aforesaid to wit at a certain Place called the <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65213_geo1375">Willow Walk</rs>

Playing in the said Walk, it to happened that he the said William Whitcome accidentally<lb></lb>
Casually and by Misfortune fell into a certain Ditch or peice of Water running a long<lb></lb>
the said Walk and in the Waters thereof was then and there suffocated and Drowned, of<lb></lb>
which said Suffocation and<obscured></obscured>
the said William Whitcome then and there<lb></lb>
instantly Died. And to the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the<lb></lb>
said William Whitcome in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally casually<lb></lb>
and by Misfortune come to his Death and not otherwise. In Witness whereof as well<lb></lb>
the said Coroner as the Foreman of the Jurors aforesaid on behalf of himself and the<lb></lb>
rest of the said Jurors have to this Inquisition set their Hands and Seals the Day<lb></lb>
Year and at the Place abovementioned.</p>
