willingly went with Dept. to the Watchhouse, says that he<lb></lb>
delivered her to the Care of Mr. Fox the Watchhouse keeper<lb></lb>
and that the Deced then appeared to be in Liquor</p>

. on his Oath saith That on Saturday Morning<lb></lb>
last a little before one o' Clock the Deced was brought<lb></lb>
to said Watch house by Killman one of the Watchmen, and<lb></lb>
appeared to be in Liquor, Says that she sat down upon a<lb></lb>
Bench in said Watchhouse untill about three o' Clock<lb></lb>
when she fell down upon the Ground off the Bench, that she<lb></lb>
very soon got up and sat upon the Ground untill, Six o' Clock<lb></lb>
in the Morning when Dept. went to Bed, leaving her<lb></lb>
there, Says that he came there again about Ten o' Clock<lb></lb>
the same Morning and found her sitting in the same place<lb></lb>
where she continued untill about Eleven o' Clock, when<lb></lb>
she laid herself down upon the Floor and died there between<lb></lb>
One and two o' Clock on Saturday Afternoon, Says that<lb></lb>
he Spoke to Deced several times in the Watchhouse, that<lb></lb>
she made him no Answer, and died in Convulsion as<lb></lb>
Dept. believes, and that the Deced reced no hurt or<lb></lb>
Injury from any Person in said Watchhouse, And that the<lb></lb>
Deced was not put into any place, but the Room in which the Constable<lb></lb>
Site in which there was a Fire</p>
