to said Mr. Phillips, Says that on Monday Decr. 2d.<lb></lb>
last about two o'Clock in the Afternoon the Deced<lb></lb>
was Pumping some Borling Amber wort out of the Jack <gap reason="illegible"></gap>
into<lb></lb>
the Cooler in said Brewhouse, Says that a Plank<lb></lb>
upon which the Deced stood to Pump the wort<lb></lb>
slipped from under his Feet and that the Deced fell<lb></lb>
into the Boiling Wort in the Jack Back, Says<lb></lb>
that the Deced's Legs & Knees were Sealded, very much<lb></lb>
that he threw himself backwards out of the Jack<lb></lb>
Back, and stept into a Back of Yaast, Says that<lb></lb>
the Deced was immediately carried to the Westmr.<lb></lb>
Hospital, where he longuished until the 31st. day of<lb></lb>
Decr. and then died in said Hospital.of the Sealding<lb></lb>
aforesaid, And Says that there was no Person near<lb></lb>
the Deced when he fell into the Jack Back and that<lb></lb>
it was merely accidental as abovementioned And<lb></lb>
says that the Amber Wort abovementioned was the P<obscured></obscured>
