, and being then and there standing upon the top of the Brick Wall of the said<lb></lb>
House, in the Front thereof, It so happened that the said Thomas Cursens did then and there<lb></lb>
Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune fall off and from the top of the Wall, on which the said<lb></lb>
Thomas Cursens was standing, being three Stories high, unto and upon the Ground by reason whereof<lb></lb>
he the said Thomas Cursens did then and there Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune receive divers<lb></lb>
mortal Wounds in and upon his Head and right Shoulder, of which said mortal Wounds he the said<lb></lb>
Thomas Cursens from the said Sixth day of March in the Year aforesaid until the Seventh day of<lb></lb>
the same Month and Year at the <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65206_geo410">Westminster Hospital</rs>

Seventh day of March in the Year aforesaid, he the said Thomas Cursens, at the Hospital aforesaid<lb></lb>
of the said mortal Wounds did die. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do<lb></lb>
say, that the said Thomas Cursens in Manner and by the Means aforesaid, Accidentally Casually<lb></lb>
and by Misfortune came to his Death, and not otherwise. In Witness whereof as well the said<lb></lb>
