good and lawfull Men of the said Liberty duly chosen, who being then and there duly<lb></lb>
Sworn and Charged to inquire for our said Lord the King when, how and by what<lb></lb>
means the said James EdmeadCame to his Death, do upon their Oath says<lb></lb>
That the said James Edmead, not being of sound Mind Memory and Understanding, but<lb></lb>
lunatick and distracted, on the Second day of March in the Year aforesaid, at the Parish<lb></lb>
aforesaid within the City Liberty and County aforesaid, with a certain Clasp Knife, made<lb></lb>
of Iron and Steel, which he the said James Edmead then and there had and held in<lb></lb>
his Right Hand, the Throat or Gullet of him the said James Edmead did then and there strike<lb></lb>
stab and penetrate, thereby, then and there giving unto himself the said James Edmead,<lb></lb>
with the Razor aforesaid, in and upon the Throat or Gullet of him the said James Edmead, one<lb></lb>
mortal Wound he the Length of three Inches, and of the Depth of one Inch, of which said<lb></lb>
mortal Wound he the said James Edmead then and there instantly died. And so the Jurors<lb></lb>
aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do say that the said James Edmead, not being of sound<lb></lb>
Mind, Memory and Understanding but lunatick and distracted, in Manner and by<lb></lb>
the Means aforesaid, did kill himself. In Witness whereof as well the said<lb></lb>
