Oath say, That the said Man Unknown, not being of sound Mind Memory and<lb></lb>
Understanding, but lunatick and distracted, on the Twentieth day of February in<lb></lb>
the Year aforesaid at the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty and County aforesaid<lb></lb>

County, and the other End thereof about his own Neck, did fix, tye and fasten, and<lb></lb>
therewith did then and there hang, suffocate and strangle himself, of which said<lb></lb>
Hanging suffocation and strangling, he the said Man unknown then and there died.<lb></lb>
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said Man<lb></lb>
Unknown, not being of sound Mind Memory and Understanding, but lunatick<lb></lb>
and distracted, in Manner and by the Means aforesaid, did kill himself<lb></lb>
