but lunatich and distracted, on the Fourth day of August in the Year aforesaid, at the Parish<lb></lb>
aforesaid within the Liberty and County aforesaid, on End of a certain piece of small bord,<lb></lb>
unto an Iron Hook, fastened into the Wainscott in a Closet within the Lodging Room or<lb></lb>
Apartment of her the said Mary Maclean in the dwelling House of <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65205_n1425-13">Thomas Bucknell</rs>

and the other End thereof about her own Neck did fix, tyne, and fasten, and therewith did then<lb></lb>
and there hang, suffocate, and strangle herself; of which said Hanging, suffocation, and Strangling<lb></lb>
she the said Mary Maclean then and there died. And so the Jurors aforesaid, upon their<lb></lb>
Oath aforesaid, do say, that the said Mary Maclean, not being of sound Mind, Memory,<lb></lb>
and Understanding, but lunatick and distracted, in Manner and by the Means aforesaid,<lb></lb>
